How long until I see results?

Right from the first session, you will gain new insights and tools that make an immediate difference. Clients generally leave each session with greater clarity and energy, a renewed sense of possibility and improved ways of thinking and doing.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends a lot on what you want to work on together. For some, one session is enough to help you shift a particular block and get on track again. For others, we need a bit longer. Most people find that 3–6 sessions are ideal.

What frequency can I expect for the sessions?

Initially, sessions closer together work best to help us build on the previous session and allow new learning behaviours to consolidate. Ideally, the first 1–3 sessions are weekly or fortnightly, then beyond that, we can extend to 3–weekly or monthly.

How long is a Coaching Session?

Sessions are generally 2 hours—1 hour goes far too quickly! In 2 hours we can do useful and sustainable change work for you. We also make the most of you creating the space in your calendar and your travel time.

With transformational, or inner world coaching, we work with your whole self, your full wisdom. That way, change is fundamental and empowered. Change at the inner level, working with your whole self naturally brings you more flow and ease.

Can I find out more of what to expect in a session?

Yes, absolutely. I offer a free, no-obligation consultation by phone, or face to face. I get an idea of what you are wanting and can advise what approach will benefit you. That way, we can personalise your first session from the beginning.
