Paula has worked in the human development arena since she experienced first-hand the profound and positive impacts of personal development. Coming across this at a pivotal time in her life, she knew then she had found her passion and new career pathway.
In 2002 NLP became a significant part of that journey. Paula went on to become an internationally certified and experienced NLP Master Practitioner, and NLP Trainer. She is also certified as an mBIT Coach (multiple intelligences – Neuro-science) and Inner World Coach.
With over 15 years of experience as a Coach, Trainer and Consultant, Paula has a wealth of skills in personal and inter-personal communications, learning and development, and strategic oversight.
She is an experienced Trainer and Facilitator in both the Business and Not for Profit sectors, as well as having first- hand experience in Governance roles. As a lifelong learner, she continues her own learning and development. These learnings blend seamlessly into her coaching and training practices, giving the client or group participants a truly bespoke experience.
